These terms govern browsing, free submission, paid placement, and support requests on Frontlane. By submitting a listing or proceeding with paid placement, you agree to these terms and the Rules. The Privacy policy describes data processing. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement; payments must be made by an adult or an authorized adult representative.

The service

We offer a public website directory with optional sponsored placement. Free ordering follows original submission time; paid ordering follows confirmed eligible totals. Ordering can change at any time. Daily rankings reset at midnight UTC and count the confirmation day. No position, duration, traffic, conversion, sales, financial return, or search-engine result is guaranteed.

We may maintain, update, interrupt, or discontinue features. We will address payment errors and undelivered paid services through the support and refund process, subject to applicable rights.

Duration, suspension and closure

All-time listings have no scheduled expiry and remain while Frontlane operates and the listing complies with the Rules. Payment is for sponsored directory placement; it is not a lifetime hosting contract or a promise of permanent availability. Rank may change as other customers pay more.

We may suspend or close the service if we are unable to continue operating or maintaining it. For a planned permanent closure, we aim to give at least 30 days’ notice on the website, stop accepting payments when closure is announced, and fairly review recent payments and undelivered placements. Unexpected emergencies may prevent advance notice. Applicable legal rights remain protected.

Closure does not automatically cancel refund obligations. We apply the refund policy and applicable law when reviewing affected payments. Support remains available for requests while the service operates; any planned closure notice will explain how to submit outstanding payment requests.

Your submissions and authority

You are responsible for accurate, lawful submissions and must be authorized to represent the website. Do not disclose sensitive personal data in public listing fields. You retain rights to your submitted content and grant the operator permission to store, reproduce, display, format, and moderate that content to operate this directory. You must have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

Submitting or paying for a URL does not prove ownership or create exclusive editing rights. Existing content changes require operator review. We may request proportionate proof of authorization before changing or removing a listing.

Payment contract

Payments buy sponsored directory placement and are processed by Stripe in USD as one-time charges. The displayed charge is calculated on the server from your selected board’s current total. The first placement is at least $5; later increases are at least $1; the first-place premium described in the Rules applies. Review the URL, selected board, target, and actual charge before authorizing Checkout.

Stripe determines payment eligibility and supported methods. Your bank may apply conversion or other charges. The site does not currently add sales tax automatically; any applicable charges shown by Checkout form part of the total you authorize. Paid placement begins only after verified confirmation. An open or processing session reserves the URL to prevent duplicate payments.

Refunds and payment problems

The refund policy forms part of these terms. We refund verified duplicate or incorrect charges and paid placement we fail to deliver and cannot fix. Being outbid, receiving fewer clicks than expected, or changing your mind after placement is not a refund reason, subject to applicable mandatory rights. contact support promptly about a suspected duplicate, unauthorized payment, incorrect charge, or an undelivered placement. Provide a receipt or reference and listing URL without full payment credentials. Approved refunds are processed manually through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds and disputes affect both current and historical rankings. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

Moderation and prohibited conduct

We may hide or restrict a listing that violates the Rules, is misleading or harmful, or must be restricted for a legal reason. Paying does not protect prohibited content from moderation. We may preserve relevant records for a complaint, fraud investigation, or payment dispute. Contact support to appeal a decision with relevant evidence. Reports are reviewed manually.

Do not manipulate rankings through fake confirmations, duplicate spam, abusive requests, or inflated clicks. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, scrape private endpoints, or exploit other users. Legitimate security reports can be sent privately through Contact.

Third-party destinations and limitations

Listings link to websites operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or verify those websites, and are not responsible for their offerings or policies. This directory is not a seller marketplace, an investment product, a prize competition, or an escrow service. Payments to the directory do not buy products from listed websites.

The service is provided with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect counters, or complete security. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from rank changes or reliance on third-party content. We do not exclude liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, disputes and contact

The version date is 2026-10-01.1. We record the policy version accepted at a new listing submission or Checkout creation. Material changes will be reflected on these pages; they do not remove rights that already apply to a transaction. Existing listings may be reviewed under updated safety rules.

Please contact support first so the operator can investigate a dispute. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights take priority over these terms. We do not impose a specific court, arbitration requirement, or waiver of rights through this local template. Business identity and jurisdiction must be finalized before public live operation.
